Taiwan Electric Company (TECO) faced the challenge of entering an already crowded US market for computer peripherals (monitors, printers, scanners, etc).

In addition, the company had a reputation for building "me-too" commodity products. They wanted their US subsidiary to stand out in the marketplace. We developed distinctive brand name and identity, and created packaging, promotional materials, and earned media tools to position them above the competition.
